COULD YOU TAKE A LOOK?
I tried to remove APOST, with no effect, then I run a Virus check program and it found dll, I then copied the file from the virus checking program and tried again but the worm was still present, than I found that the dll was in a folder and when I went to the folder it was in it was not there.
Then I found the file in MSVBVM60.dll
After that, I copied the file from the Worm checking program, to MSVBVM60.dll, and now the worm has left the folder.

To get rid of the worm without buying a different antivirus program, you need to delete the file in C:\Windows\System32. You can find the file on your system by opening your file system properties and looking at the attributes.

This is the same file that causes the “DLL was not found” error (which is the dll listed in the KB article).
If the file is not in the folder where it says it is, you need to delete it and re-run the virus check, which will be able to find the file.
Otherwise, you will need to run a virus check to fix the dll.

What’s New in the APost Worm Scanner And Remover?
This is a Post-Emergence worm which has been developed by a hacker. It is being spread through Microsoft Outlook email clients.
Some of the common symptoms of this worm are:
Messages are saved in %temp% folder.
In case the user does not view the email attachment, it is saved as.exe file.
The email client application displays an error message stating that the file “MSVBVM60.dll” is missing.
The worm is 24,576 bytes long, written in Visual Basic 6.0 and it is being used as an email attachment.
Scenarios:
The worm spreads by attaching a malicious attachment to an email.
The worm creates.exe files in the %temp% folder of the infected computer.
This worm is affecting one of the Microsoft Outlook email clients.
Important: The worm spreads only if the email client displays the error message that says “MSVBVM60.dll is missing”.
Also, if the infected computer has only the Microsoft Outlook email client installed, this worm will not be able to spread.
